Every account — ATL, Manager, or Super Admin — is created by a Super Admin from the Create Users tab. Sign in with the email and password you were given below.
Setting up this deployment for the first time?
This creates the very first Super Admin account. Every other account (ATL or Manager) should be created afterward from that Super Admin's Create Users tab — not here.
Set a new password
Your account was created with a temporary password. For security, set your own password before continuing — you won't be asked again.
Weekly Dashboard
Your 10 core KPIs for this week. Log activity, watch trends, and stay ahead of the account.
No customers configured yet — add up to 5 on the Configuration tab.
KPI Trends & Export
Same trend chart and export the selected user sees on their own My Personal Assistant tab — view-only, nothing here can be edited.
Select a user from the Dashboard tab's "Viewing user" dropdown first.

Create Users
Create an ATL, Manager, or Super Admin account with a temporary password. The new user signs in with the email/password you set here and is required to choose their own password the first time (Super Admin accounts are not forced through this). ATL accounts can optionally be assigned up to 2 Managers, who will then see that ATL in their own "Viewing user" dropdown.

Account Overview
Building and loading are separate steps everywhere on this tab: Build starts a background job that researches the customer (SEC filings and proxy statements, public news with no date restriction, the company's own website, and any leadership/executive-team page found on it) and uses your AI provider to generate a table, saving it to your account in Supabase when it finishes — this can take a minute or two, and the Build button won't wait around for it. Load reads back whatever was last built for that customer — instant, no AI call, works even in a fresh session — so click it again in a bit to see a build once it's done. Every row has its own Sources disclosure — click it to see just that row's citations; nothing is shown until you do.
No AI provider is configured yet. Add one on the Configuration tab (any provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint) before you can Build anything below. Loading tables that are already built doesn't require this.
No customers configured yet. Add up to 5 customers on the Configuration tab first.
Executive Leadership
Name, title, and other relevant background for the customer's C-suite and senior leaders — a flat table, not an org chart.
We couldn't automatically find a leadership or executive-team page on the customer's website. If you know the URL — for example https://www.thomsonreuters.com/en/about-us/executive-team — paste it below and we'll parse it into the table above.
Customer at a Glance
Last fiscal year financial performance and segment overview, followed by publicly known department/BU priorities, existing technology partners, technologies in use, and IBM Data, Automation, Storage & Z positioning across the next 4 quarters.
News & Insights
Scans public news for the customers configured on the Configuration tab and suggests KPI adjustments.
No customers configured yet. Add up to 5 customers on the Configuration tab to enable customer-update scanning. "Scan for IBM News" and "Scan for general Technology news" don't require any customers to be configured.
Account Strategy
Generate a Client Technical Strategy or Account Plan document, grounded in public research (SEC filings, recent news, and any configured reference material) with full citations — never invented facts.
No AI provider is configured yet. Add one on the Configuration tab (any provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint) before generating documents.
Generate a document
Generation runs in the background and can take a minute or two. Click "Generate document", then use "Check for new documents" below once it's had time to finish. When Executive Leadership and Customer at a Glance have already been built for this customer on Account Overview, that saved content is reused directly and the public-research step (SEC filings, customer website, leadership page) is skipped to keep generation fast and reliable; otherwise research covers the last 6 months of public news plus the customer's most recent SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q / 8-K) where the customer is a public filer, and any URLs or documents you've configured for them.
Generated & uploaded documents
Export any version to Word or PowerPoint, or upload back an edited copy to keep it versioned here. Background builds appear here once finished — click "Check for new documents" if you don't see yours yet.
No documents generated yet — use the form above to create your first one.
My Personal Assistant
Prepare for 1:1s, keep a running TO DO list, draft your yearly self-assessment from your own weekly updates, and trend your KPIs.
No AI provider is configured yet. Add one on the Configuration tab (any provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint) before generating any of the documents below.
Parse & Update KPIs
Reads your most recently uploaded weekly update(s) (Configuration tab) and proposes a value for any tracked KPI it finds real evidence for. You review and choose which proposals to apply before anything is logged — values are logged against the current week, same as "Log this week" on the Dashboard. Runs as a background job (like Account Overview's Build buttons) since the AI call can take a little while — click Parse & Update KPIs, then Check for results a bit later.
1:1 Discussion Points
Pulls from your most recently uploaded weekly update(s) (Configuration tab) and extracts announcements, corporate policy changes, and TO DO asks worth raising with your manager — plus a separate list of achievements to highlight.
TO DO List
Pulls from your most recently uploaded weekly update(s) (Configuration tab) and extracts every actionable TO DO / open item.
Yearly Assessment
Uses every weekly update you've uploaded since January 1st of this year, together with your generated 1:1 discussion-point history and everything you've logged against your KPIs this year, to draft a yearly self-assessment write-up.
KPI Trends & Export
Trend your KPIs over time and export your log for status reviews.

Configuration
Manage your customers, KPIs, and backend connection.
Customers (up to 5)
Add customer names plus any public URLs or documents you'd like the News & Insights scan to consider.
The website/news URL and 3 reference links above are just the starting point — every field is editable any time afterward under "Reference links" on each customer above, and you can also upload up to 3 reference documents (PDF, Word, or plain text) per customer under "Reference documents". Nothing here is locked in at creation.
Automatic daily scan (News & Insights)
When enabled, your configured customers are automatically scanned once a day at the time you choose below (Eastern Time) — results are saved the same way a manual scan's are, and appear on the News & Insights tab. Turning this on doesn't remove the manual "Scan for updates" button there — you can still run one any time.
The email goes to your own sign-in address — the one used when your account was created — and only sends on days the scan actually finds something new (no "nothing today" emails). Requires this deployment's SMTP settings to be configured by a Super Admin; if they aren't, this still saves fine but no email will actually go out.
Weekly Updates (for My Personal Assistant)
Upload your weekly status update (PDF, Word, or plain text) here each week. Every upload is kept — nothing is overwritten — so My Personal Assistant can look back across the whole year for your yearly assessment. Two independent slots are available if you keep two separate weekly documents.

Slot 2
KPI Library
Adjust targets, switch a KPI between a weekly target, a cumulative quarterly target, or no fixed target at all (just tracked from what you log), or archive KPIs you no longer track. Suggested KPIs from News & Insights also appear here once applied.

AI Provider (for Account Strategy document & email generation)
Document generation is not tied to any single vendor — pick any provider below. These settings are saved to your own account in the database (protected by the same per-user access control as your customers and KPIs) — nobody else who signs in to this deployment, including with a different Google account, can see or use them.
For a shared server-side default that doesn't require every user to configure their own key, set LLM_PROVIDER, LLM_API_KEY, LLM_API_BASE and LLM_MODEL as Netlify environment variables instead, and leave the fields below blank to use that default.
Secondary AI Provider (optional, for complex tasks)
Optionally configure a second, typically more capable (and more expensive) model reserved for the two most complex generation tasks — Client Technical Strategy and Account Plan. It is never used automatically: each time you generate one of those two documents, if a secondary provider is configured here, you'll be asked to confirm whether to use it for that specific build, or use your primary provider instead. Executive Leadership, Customer at a Glance, and CxO pitch emails always use your primary provider.
Account Security
Change your sign-in password.
Backend connection
Your Supabase Project URL and anon key, stored only in this browser — a manual override for this device only (e.g. pointing this browser at a different/test project), Super Admin only. It does not change what any other teammate's browser connects to. For every user to connect automatically with zero setup on their end, set SUPABASE_URL and SUPABASE_ANON_KEY as environment variables on this site's Netlify deployment instead — see README's "Zero-config backend connection" section. If those are set, they take priority over whatever's saved here on every page load.
